We're looking for a Social Media Executive, who will assist the Marketing team in growing our digital presence. We are searching for someone independent, has fresh ideas, and enjoys collaborating with a multi-national cross-functional remote team to develop highly engaging content and bring positive user experiences all year round.
Responsibilities
- Create and implement comprehensive social media campaigns that align with product launches and marketing strategies
- Create appealing content tailored to each social media platform
- Develop social media guidelines and policies to maintain a positive community
- Oversee all social media accounts, ensuring they are up-to-date, engaging, and reflective of our brand's voice and objectives
- Respond to comments and messages on time, fostering a positive community environment
- Monitor and report on social media performance metrics and KPIs
- Utilise data to refine strategies, improve content, and increase social media effectiveness
- Identify and evaluate trends and potential new social media platforms to expand our reach
- Work closely with other teams to ensure social media strategies are integrated with wider marketing and promotional efforts
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to align social media activities with product development and marketing goals
You may be a good fit if you:
- Have at least 2-4 years of experience in social media management, preferably within the gaming or entertainment industry
- Have a strong passion for gaming with an understanding of gaming communities are a must
- If you enjoy mobile gacha games, RPGs, Lifesims, it is a plus
- Possess a strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools
- Platforms include but are not limited to X (formerly known as Twitter), Instagram, TikTok, and Youtube
- If you have launched or set up platform presences before is a plus
- Have a proven ability to think strategically, and develop creative and engaging content that resonates with our target audiences
- Have a strong ability to measure and interpret social media performance data
- Are familiar with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.)
- Are familiar with image and video editing tools (Figma, Photoshop, etc.)
- Possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- Possess a strong grasp of English, both written and spoken
- Are comfortable working with colleagues from various time zones
